If you are a lover of overnight oats, you need to try this creamy biscoff overnight Weet-Bix, it is a breakfast game-changer! Sweet, creamy and satiating, this breakfast will keep you feeling full and energised until lunch time! Not only that, this bad boy is low calorie and high in protein, so a win win!
I personally love overnight Weet-Bix, or Weetabix (for my UK readers). It reminds me of a wet fluffy cake (in a good way) and in my opinion, has a better texture than overnight oatmeal. If you haven’t tried this new food trend, take this as your sign to!
The macros for this recipe are also a game-changer:

FAQ AND PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS:
I live in the USA, where can I find weet-bix?
Unfortunately, Weet-Bix is an Australian brand, and I am aware it is not sold in the US. As an alternative you could always use Shredded wheat/shreddies. You could buy the UK version on amazon, buy here.
What kind of yogurt should I use?
I always recommend a higher protein option, the one I use is Yopro High Protein Vanilla Greek yogurt, but I would also recommend Chobani or even Chobani Fit for extra added protein.
How long does overnight Weetabix need to sit?
I recommend refrigerating it for at least 2 hours before eating.
What protein powder do you recommend?
My favourite protein powder brand is MacroMike, use my code amb-eliyaeats to save 10% (I am a proud MacroMike Ambassador!) The flavour I use in this particular recipe is Caramelised Biscuit Almond Protein , but vanilla also works super well in this recipe!
What can I use instead of protein powder?
You can sub the protein powder for an extra weet-bix, or just omit completely and use slightly less liquid.
What can I use instead of Biscoff?
You could always sub biscoff for peanut butter, or even peanut butter + maple syrup to create a caramel like flavour.
