plant milk
I use almond milk

High protein vanilla yogurt

smooth biscoff spread

biscoff biscuit
or biscuit of choice
Instructions
Mix crushed weet-bix, protein powder, sweetener and plant milk until nice and thick, and add to ramekin of choice
Mix yogurt and protein powder until no clumps remain and pour over weet-bix base
Melt 10g biscoff spread with a splash of plant milk in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds
Top with 1/3 of a crushed biscoff biscuit (crumbs)
Refrigerate overnight or minimum 2 hours
