Creamy Biscoff Overnight Weet-Bix

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Weet-Bix Biscuits
  • 10 grams Caramel or Vanilla Protein
  • 5 grams natural sweetener or 1 tsp, can use honey, stevia, natvia etc
  • 85 ml plant milk I use almond milk
  • 100 grams High protein vanilla yogurt
  • 20 grams Protein
  • 10 grams smooth biscoff spread
  • 1/3 biscoff biscuit or biscuit of choice

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed weet-bix, protein powder, sweetener and plant milk until nice and thick, and add to ramekin of choice
  2. Mix yogurt and protein powder until no clumps remain and pour over weet-bix base
  3. Melt 10g biscoff spread with a splash of plant milk in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds
  4. Top with 1/3 of a crushed biscoff biscuit (crumbs)
  5. Refrigerate overnight or minimum 2 hours
