My main objective with my website is to show you that you can be healthy, live your best life, and reach your goals whilst eating dessert and good food everyday.
My motto is “Good Food Good Mood”- As I believe you should eat in a way that you actually love, and embrace real good food! So if you are going to eat dessert everyday, eat a healthier version that actually tastes like the real thing- no chickpea brownies here (Sorry, I can’t jump on board with that idea).
I live by the 80/20 rule & I also believe that life is too short to be eating boring salads and chicken and rice! Enjoy your food, every food is welcome here.
I am a big believer in the 80/20 rule, and it has completely changed the way i eat (for the better).
What do I mean by this?
Well, 80% of the time I love to create healthier and lower calorie versions of the foods I love (hence this ebook). While 20% of the time I actually enjoy the foods I love (in moderation).
This has helped me to keep a healthy balance in my diet, has eliminated binge cycles, and has really helped me to eat foods in moderation, whilst also eliminating any negative feelings towards the food.
So if you are on a health journey, or a weight loss journey, or simply just want to eat healthier, my recipes are here to help you!
My recipes will help you stay in a calorie deficit, have a healthier diet, and if you have a massive sweet tooth like me, will satisfy your sweet cravings whilst also providing benefits (i.e less sugar, higher protein, less calories, etc).
But also remember you can indulge in the real versions (in moderation), without ruining your progress or feeling guilty about it! I promise this attitude towards food will change your life.
