Method
- Start by mixing the yogurt, flour, salt and sweetener together- don’t be afraid to use your hands
- Mix until a clean ball forms - if it is too dry add a bit more yogurt or vice versa
- Wrap in cling wrap and let it rest for 5-10 minutes while you prepare the garlic za’atar mix
- Melt butter for 15-30 seconds in the microwave, add the za’atar mix and 1-2 cloves minced garlic, mix well
- Cut the dough into 8 even pieces - can weigh to make sure they are equal
- Roll out each piece, and wrap it into a knot shape (refer to video), and flatten slightly
- Brush each knot with the za’atar mix
- Add to a lined pan and Airfry at 180c (350f) for 8-10 minutes
- Brush once again with the za’atar mix while still warm& Enjoy
