Method
- Start by cooking noodles as per pack instructions - reserve 1/4 cup of noodle water
- Mix sauce ingredients until no clumps remain - add some boiling water to thin it out and make it easier to mix
- Cook turkey mince on medium heat with some oil for 8-10 minutes
- Add frozen veggies halfway through
- Add the sauce + noodle water and let thicken for 2-4 minutes
- Add the cooked noodles and mix until fully combined
- Top with some sesame seeds and green onion
