Ingredients
  

Oat Layer
  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 15 grams white chocolate protein powder can use vanilla
  • 8 grams sweetener 1/2 tbs, can use any you like- zero calorie or normal
  • 70 mls plant milk
Coconut Cream Layer
  • 90 grams yogurt
  • 10 grams white chocolate protein powder
  • 10 mls sugar free maple syrup can use normal maple syrup or honey
  • 2 grams desiccated coconut about 1 tsp
White Chocolate Ganache
  • 10 grams white chocolate
  • 10 mls plant milk
  • 10 grams yogurt
  • 1 gram desiccated coconut about 1/2 tsp

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, protein, sweetener, and almond milk until nice and creamy, add to a ramekin or bowl of choice
  2. To make the cream layer, mix yogurt, protein, sf maple and desiccated coconut until no clumps remain, add on top of the oats
  3. To make white choc ganache, melt the choc in the microwave for 30 second increments until melted, add splash of plant milk and yogurt and mix well until a smooth ganache is formed
  4. Top with some extra desiccated coconut
  5.  Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours
