Ingredients
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy protein crispies and protein powder, ensuring they are evenly mixed.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or over a bain-marie, melt the Mars Bars and butter until smooth. Stir occasionally to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Add the sf maple syrup or milk and mix well. If too dry add more maple syrup or milk. If too wet add extra crispies or protein powder.
- Line a pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the lined pan and use a wet spoon to evenly spread it out, ensuring it covers the entire pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or over a bain-marie, melt the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Stir occasionally to achieve a silky texture.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the protein crispies base, making sure it evenly coats the surface.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of 1 hour or until the slice is firm and set.
- Once chilled, remove the pan from the refrigerator and cut the slice into 9-12 pieces.Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the slices to add a touch of flavor.
