Pizza Scrolls

These easy Pizza Scrolls are made from a yeast free fluffy homemade pizza dough, rolled thin and filled with tomato sauce, cheese and ham. Made in under 30 minutes, these pizza scrolls are also super high protein and low calorie. These delicious Pizza Scrolls can be customised with your favourite toppings and made in your oven or air fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g self-raising flour OR all purpose flour/pizza flour + 1 tsp baking powder
  • 270 g plain greek yogurt
  • 80 g Pizza Sauce
  • 80 g Light shredded Cheese
  • 80 g shredded ham slices

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180c or 380F
  • Mix the flour and plain yogurt and knead for a couple of minutes until a dough ball forms
  • Roll out into a large rectangle and spread the pizza sauce evenly
  • Top with shredded cheese and ham
  • Cut into 8 long rectangles and individually roll them into scrolls OR roll into a large log and using floss or a sharp knife, cut into 8 individual scrolls
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes
  • Airfryer: 170c for 15-17 minutes
  • Let them cool slightly before digging in
