Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180c or 380F
- Mix the flour and plain yogurt and knead for a couple of minutes until a dough ball forms
- Roll out into a large rectangle and spread the pizza sauce evenly
- Top with shredded cheese and ham
- Cut into 8 long rectangles and individually roll them into scrolls OR roll into a large log and using floss or a sharp knife, cut into 8 individual scrolls
- Bake for 18-22 minutes
- Airfryer: 170c for 15-17 minutes
- Let them cool slightly before digging in
