- 40 grams protein powder 1 scoop, vanilla, caramel or white choc
- 40 ml sugar free maple syrup or normal maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice about 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 tsp lemon zest to taste, reserve some for top
- 60 grams white chocolate
crush the corn thins with your hands and add to a bowl
Add protein powder, lemon juice, lemon zest and maple syrup and mix until well combined and a sticky layer forms
Pat down base on small rectangular pyrex dish (700ml-1L) or baking dish that is lined with baking paper
Melt white chocolate and evenly spread on the top of the base
Sprinkle extra lemon zest on the top of the white chocolate
