Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats

Your favourite muffin flavour revamped into a fresh, vibrant and decadent overnight oats recipe.

Ingredients
  

Oats layer

  • 40 grams rolled oats
  • 20 grams protein powder vanilla
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp natural zero calorie sweetener Or honey/maple syrup etc
  • 1 tsp lemon zest reserve some for the top
  • 1/2 small lemon juiced
  • 25 grams yogurt
  • 100 ml almond milk 80-100

Yogurt Layer

  • 75 grams yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
  • 10 ml sugar free maple syrup or normal maple syrup/honey
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Mix oatmeal layer and add to a bowl/ramekin or jar
  • Mix yogurt layer and add on top
  • Add extra lemon zest on top
  • Refrigerate overnight or minimum 8 hours
