Mix the honey soy marinade and add 1/2 of it to the chopped chicken breast, mix until the chicken absorbs all the liquid.
preheat oven to 180c or 356F.
Per oven safe glass bowl add 3 tbsp washed basmati rice, chicken stock, dash of the honey soy sauce, and bone broth, mix well.
Add 1/4 cup frozen mixed veggies to each bowl and equally divide the chicken breast onto each bow.
Cover the Bowls with foil and bake for 30 minutes , remove the foil then bake for another 10 mins.
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
