Healthy Chicken Caesar Crispy Pasta Salad

A high protein chicken Caesar pasta salad with crispy air fryer pasta, juicy chicken, and a light creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for meal prep and healthy eating!

Ingredients
  

Chicken:
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika, chilli powder, garlic salt, onion powder, salt & pepper
Crispy Pasta:
  • 250 g pasta bowtie recommended
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Paprika, garlic salt, pepper
  • 10 g parmesan
Caesar Salad
  • 2 cos lettuce heads chopped
  • 100 g bacon cooked and chopped
Caesar Dressing:
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 50 g light mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 30 g parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener
  • Salt & pepper
Topping:
  • Extra 10g parmesan

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken with yogurt, mustard, lemon, and seasonings. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Air fry at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. Rest, then slice.
  3. Boil pasta until al dente (10-12 mins). Drain and let steam dry.
  4. Mix pasta with oil, seasonings, and parmesan.
  5. Air fry at 190°C for 10–15 mins (or bake at 200°C for ~20 mins), shaking halfway.
  6. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix until smooth.
  7. Toss lettuce, bacon, chicken, crispy pasta, and dressing.
  8. Top with extra parmesan.

Notes

 

  • Let pasta dry fully before air frying for maximum crispiness
  • Add dressing just before serving to keep texture crunchy
  • Swap bacon for turkey bacon for lower fat
