Garlic and Parmesan Air Fryer Carrot Fries

These Garlic and Parmesan Air Fryer Carrot Fries are a healthy and nutrient dense side that can be enjoyed as is or as a side to your favourite meal! They are super easy to make and are prepared and cooked in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium carrots peeled and chopped into fries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp grated parmesan
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mixed italian herbs
High Protein Dijon Cottage Cheese Dip
  • 100 g blended cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp acv or white vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel and remove the ends of the carrots. Cut in the carrots into fries
  2. Add the chopped carrots into a bowl, add oil, seasonings and parmesan and toss with your hands to coat carrots evenly
  3. Transfer the carrots into an airfryer at 180c or 350F and air fry for 20 minutes, shaking or flipping half way through
  4. Oven: Bake at 220C OR 425F for 20-25 minutes, flipping half-way through
  5. Mix the high protein dip ingredients until well combined
  6. Garnish with extra parmesan and herbs
