Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 20 grams protein powder caramelised biscuit flavour, vanilla, etc
  • 6 grams natural, zero calorie sweetener 1/2 tbs
  • 80 ml plant milk

Biscoff Cream Layer

  • 80 grams vanilla yogurt
  • 10 grams protein powder
  • 15 ml plant milk
  • 5 ml sugar free maple syrup optional

Biscoff Layer

  • 10 grams smooth biscoff spread
  • 5 ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp biscoff biscuit crumbs about 1/4 biscoff biscuit

Instructions
 

  • Mix your base ingredients and add to your bowl or ramekin of choice
  • Mix your biscoff cream ingredients well until smooth and until there are no clumps
  • Layer on top of your base ingredients
  • Microwave biscoff spread and plant milk for about 10-15 seconds
  • Layer on top and sprinkle biscoff crumbs
  • Refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours minimum
