Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 20 grams protein powder caramelised biscuit flavour, vanilla, etc
  • 6 grams natural, zero calorie sweetener 1/2 tbs
  • 80 ml plant milk
Biscoff Cream Layer
  • 80 grams vanilla yogurt
  • 10 grams protein powder
  • 15 ml plant milk
  • 5 ml sugar free maple syrup optional
Biscoff Layer
  • 10 grams smooth biscoff spread
  • 5 ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp biscoff biscuit crumbs about 1/4 biscoff biscuit

Method
 

  1. Mix your base ingredients and add to your bowl or ramekin of choice
  2. Mix your biscoff cream ingredients well until smooth and until there are no clumps
  3. Layer on top of your base ingredients
  4. Microwave biscoff spread and plant milk for about 10-15 seconds
  5. Layer on top and sprinkle biscoff crumbs
  6. Refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours minimum
