Instructions
Mix oats, protein powder, sweetener, blueberries, chia seeds and almond milk and add to a ramekin, bowl or jar of choice- place in freezer while preparing the rest of the layers
Warm blueberries (fresh or frozen) in the microwave. Smash until a blueberry jam/puree is formed and add on top of the oats.
Soften the cream cheese slightly in the microwave for 5-10 seconds. Add the yogurt, and sweetener and spread on top of the blueberry layer
Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 5 hours and enjoy straight from the fridge
Top with a sprinkle of dessicated coconut and extra blueberries and enjoy
