Birthday Cake Overnight Oats with a jam layer, topped with a yogurt ganache and finished off with some funfetti sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 20 grams vanilla protein
  • 8 grams zero cal sweetener
  • 4 grams sprinkles
  • 80-100 mls plant milk
  • 15 grams sugar free raspberry or strawberry jam
  • 80 grams yogurt
  • 5 mls sugar free maple syrup or normal maple syrup
  • 4 grams sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, protein, sprinkles, sweetener and plant milk until combined and add to a bowl or ramekin of choice
  • Top with jam layer and spread evenly
  • Mix yogurt with maple syrup and add on top of jam layer
  • Top with the rest of the sprinkles and refrigerate overnight or for minimum 8 hours
