Birthday Cake Overnight Oats with a jam layer, topped with a yogurt ganache and finished off with some funfetti sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 20 grams vanilla protein
  • 8 grams zero cal sweetener
  • 4 grams sprinkles
  • 80-100 mls plant milk
  • 15 grams sugar free raspberry or strawberry jam
  • 80 grams yogurt
  • 5 mls sugar free maple syrup or normal maple syrup
  • 4 grams sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, protein, sprinkles, sweetener and plant milk until combined and add to a bowl or ramekin of choice
  2. Top with jam layer and spread evenly
  3. Mix yogurt with maple syrup and add on top of jam layer
  4. Top with the rest of the sprinkles and refrigerate overnight or for minimum 8 hours
