Ingredients
  

  • 90 g all purpose flour
  • 30 g Brown Sugar can sub for white
  • 30 g White Sugar can sub for brown
  • 25 g zero calorie granulated sweetener can sub for normal sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 65 g unsalted butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g white chocolate chopped or chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180c or 350F
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, then let it cool
  3. Add the sugars and whisk until just combined
  4. Add the matcha, egg yolk and vanilla and mix until just combined
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and using a spatula, mix until a cookie dough forms
  6. Scoop 12 Cookies onto a baking tray (no need to chill)
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes (I take mine out of the oven on the 9 minute mark)
  8. Let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes
