Ingredients
  

  • 6 corn thins 36g
  • 40 grams protein powder 1 scoop, vanilla, caramel or white choc
  • 35 ml sugar free maple syrup
  • 60 grams caramilk chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Crush the corn thins with your hands and add to a bowl
  • Add protein powder and maple syrup and mix until well combined and a sticky layer forms
  • Pat down base on small rectangular pyrex dish (700ml) or baking dish that is lined with baking paper
  • Melt caramilk chocolate and evenly spread on the top of the base
  • Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes before slicing into 6 even bars
