Ingredients
  

  • 6 corn thins 36g
  • 40 grams protein powder 1 scoop, vanilla, caramel or white choc
  • 35 ml sugar free maple syrup
  • 60 grams caramilk chocolate

Method
 

  1. Crush the corn thins with your hands and add to a bowl
  2. Add protein powder and maple syrup and mix until well combined and a sticky layer forms
  3. Pat down base on small rectangular pyrex dish (700ml) or baking dish that is lined with baking paper
  4. Melt caramilk chocolate and evenly spread on the top of the base
  5. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes before slicing into 6 even bars
