Filling
30grams light cream cheesesoftened in microwave for around 5-10 secs
60grams vanilla yogurt
10gramsnatural/zero calorie sweetener
1egg white
16grams protein powderI use cookies and cream protein pudding powder
1/2oreo biscuit reserve some for topping
Topping
15gramslight whipped creamoptional
Instructions
Add 1/2 crushed oreo to the base of your mug or cup
Mix softened cream cheese with yogurt, sweetener, protein powder and 1 egg white with a whisk until no clumps remain
Add crushed oreo and lightly whisk
Add on top of the oreo crumb
Microwave for 45 seconds-1 minute at 15 second intervals until firm on the edges and jiggly in the middle (make sure to stop every 15 seconds and check up on it, cooking times may vary from 45 seconds to 90 seconds, just keep an eye on it)
Remove from microwave and let cool at room temp for 10 minutes
Add to freezer to cool for 30 minutes or fridge for 1 hour +
